The lady I spoke with was clear and efficient.However I think the process was too long.As it was a renewal,& nothing had changed,it seemed unnecessary to go through everything again

Thank you for taking the time to compliment my colleague. I'm sorry that you felt the process took too long. Although the call was for a renewal of a policy, we do need to re-assess the medical situation for each policy.

The underwriters feel it is better to get an idea of your current medical situation for a policy than to use details from a previous policy.

I hope this explains the situation a bit better.
