Good morning, Thank you for your feedback. I’ve looked into this for you and can’t see any additional payment taken on this particular policy. However I can see that on your previous policy, we had to add a BCC which was diagnosed after your initial purchase. We do have an ongoing medical warranty, which means that any health changes after purchasing your insurance could result in an increase in premium. I’m very sorry that was the case for yourself on that occasion. I can see you were offered alternative options, but ultimately decided to continue with cover and have since purchased another policy with us. We really appreciate your continued custom despite your dissatisfaction with your previous policy. Your feedback is greatly appreciated as it helps us to improve our services going forward. We do recap all declarations after 30 days to make sure everything is correct for the policy holder; some questions are time sensitive or can even change so we make sure everything is correct for you to have peace of mind whilst you’re away. If you do travel regularly, we can look at annual policies that only need updating if there is a health change or at the yearly renewal stage.
