Very slow delivery, despite website promises. The boots, once ordered, took over a week to get to me, despite standard posting taking on average 2 days.

Sorry to hear the delivery took so long. Royal Mail are typically reliable at reaching their destination in the promised time but obviously there are exceptions. We will refund your £2.99 postage for this for the inconvenience caused. I hope you have a speedier delivery if you choose to shop with us again and I'm glad to hear you were happy with the product.
