Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have checked over the file and can see we were appointed to your claim in November, we have no information regarding the claim prior to this date. I have raised the issue of the works not yet being complete with our contractor. I have asked your claims handler to monitor for the contractor's response and we will be in touch once this has been investigated.
