The content of the training course has been aligned to the Skills for Care guidelines and accredited by the CPD standards office, however, we take complaints such as yours very seriously and will be conducting a full review of what happened on this day to prevent any disappointment in the future. Rip off, AVOID!!, please don't waste your time! Terrible training provider, disorganised patronising tutor and the course was not at all what is advertised on the website.
