Hoe worden Feefo-beoordelingen verzameld?

We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Wat Mr Lawrence zei over Howden:

Service needs to be co-ordinated and speeded up. It took 5 months to repair the damage. Also, we had to deal with too many different individuals and compamies.

Whilst this was not an entirely straightforward claim, we have not done enough to guide you through the process, and for this I sincerely apologize. Claims can be stressful experiences, and it is up to our team to keep in regular contact with you, and manage the various parties (insurers, loss adjusters, contractors) concerned.
