We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

We received all the information well in advance which were helpful and comprehensive. We did not receive a response to our email request to check in earlier though.

Thank you for submitting this feedback. Unfortunately as noted on your arrival details we are unable to offer an early check in on a changeover day as it does not give the cleaners time to make sure that the property is set to the high standards as expected by us and our guests.

Well equipped, peaceful, clean and perfect setting close to the beach and with views over a field that was more like a nature reserve! A great place to chill out and watch the local wildlife.
