Good descriptions on the website and queries answered quickly. Instructions for arrival good. Manager came to welcome us and said we could contact them any time if we had any problems.

We had a little trouble with the website and paying the final amount and then were charged the deposit again but managed to resolve this. Also had to chase for instructions on how to get into house
