Best4Hedging are a little previous in asking for my feedback; until I receive the goods which I expect in November, I have no idea of their reliability, honesty, quality, or after-market service

Sorry to have asked for your feedback before delivery but Feefo is an automated system which solicits feedback from every customer even though some types of plants are only available for November delivery. Was told that the plants would arrive wednesday so I booked an installation date for friday. They didn't arrive until friday so I had to let my client down, who was not impressed.
