Delivery good, but 1 box was not sealed properly and bottom fell out when lifted from Parcel Force van. Also pots crammed into some of the boxes which had turned over during delivery, very poor standa

Sorry to hear about the "tipping up" of your boxes - we'll take this up with our carriers. Sorry also if the plants were too tall - it's not a complaint we often get but we know it can make them unmanageable - especially prickly ones like Hawthorn. Karen Tongs, Office Manager Best4Hedging Ltd

Delivery was very prompt. However the box of hawthorn was not very well packed with 6 having come out of the pots. I have since lost/losing 3 of the 6 that were out of the pots - leaves have shrivelle

Although our boxes all say "this way up" very rarely one gets tipped but the plants are very tough and should withstand this without a problem. I'm sure as you planted quickly and you keep them well watered, they'll be absolutely fine in no time.
