Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you were disappointed with the bare roots you received. Looking at our system I can see my colleague has raised a credit note against your account that you can use for fresh plants when you are ready. I do hope some of your plants have survived. Your plants are native, deciduous species, so your plants will have lost their leaves during winter, but they will now be bursting back into leaf and flower and will eventually produce berries. So extra wildlife should hopefully be coming into your garden soon. Please accept my apologies for all the inconvenience we have caused and if there is anything else I can help with just let me know.
