We are sorry to see that you feel this way, however as we previously said we can assure you that this is memory foam, it is very different from normal foam and I’ll happily send you a sample to confirm this.

After many emails Agreed to refund as topper was not of standard I expected. sent parcel back then never received refund had to chase up

Although we found the mattress on-line we actually attended the company before purchase. They went to a lot of trouble to explain and suggest we tested the foam. We subsequently ordered on-line.

The mattress is excellent. Have just purchased deeper fitted sheets to contain it on the bed. Not necessary, just a personal choice.

I had a goose feather filled topper which lasted only a few months before it started to sag in the middle and then the feathers started to come out. I am more than pleased with the memory foam topper
