Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

We are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with certain elements of the property. As our properties are rural, at this time of year, ants can intermittently be a problem and even though we spray and put ant powder down as soon as they are noticed, they can be persistent. In the past we have called out a specialist pest control company believing the professionals will get rid of the insects but they advised we should continue with the measures we have in place as there’s nothing further they can suggest. That said, there has obviously been an internal communication error and someone should have attended the property to discuss your concerns with you as soon as you reported this. Whilst we are following up on this internally, we accept this is not satisfactory and we have since been in contact with you privately.
