Thank you for your feedback about your recent stay at 3 Sandpiper Cottages and we are sorry that you had issues with the parking. We have checked our logs and acknowledge that during your stay you reported that another car was parked in your allocated parking space. It is extremely rare that we have issues like this and we understand how frustrating and inconvenient it can be. We manage only two properties in the Sandpiper complex and with the other one also booked at the time of your stay unfortunately we had no alternative space to offer you at Sandpiper. Since we manage a number of properties in the adjacent Beach House complex and we also own the nearby Porth Veor Manor Hotel (200 yards away), we suggested you park at these alternative sites although we noted at the time you were not keen to park elsewhere. Since we didn’t hear back from you we assumed you managed to get parked. On the evening you contacted us, our manager personally checked the car park at Porth Veor and noted there were empty spaces, so we are surprised by your comment that you found it full. On the rare occasions when our Porth Veor car park may be full (usually an odd time in peak season), we have alternative parking to suggest in the area behind the hotel which has a path with direct access to our top car park. For any future guest reading this feedback, if you experience any parking issues at Sandpiper please make contact with our reservations office which is based at the nearby Porth Veor Manor as we will always do our best to help.

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to read that you did not like this apartment as much as the sea view penthouse that you usually book. In fairness the sea view penthouse is one of our largest apartments at Beachcombers and it is priced accordingly. It is particuarly popular so it's often best to book early if possible. We trust you still enjoyed your time in Cornwall and we very much hope to welcome you back again soon.
