Thank you for your feedback although we are concerned by your comments particularly when you did not make contact with us during your stay. We refute your comment about the cleanliness and can assure you the property has never had fleas in the carpet. Furthermore, there have been no issues reported by any guest who has stayed in the same villa since you departed. Your claim is unfounded and we consider it libellous.
