Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Although all of our footwear is the 6E width fitting some styles will accommodate more swelling than others and the fit can vary. Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you experienced a problem with the length. You are able to return them to us free of charge for a refund. Unfortunately we do not do a larger size in this style. We have a limited section of styles that go to a size US 12. It would make them 1/2 an in longer in length.
