Widely speaking, repairs will be carried out using readily available parts, where possible we will use Original parts but in some cases, unbranded parts may be used. We have checked with the Samsung authorised repair house and can confirm that genuine Samsung parts were used on this occasion.
The good news is the number of claims on our policy is unlimited and a handler has already contacted you to discuss a second claim without delay.
