We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Cancelled insurance 3 days after taking out the policy due to a defective phone which was returned to the supplier. I callled Cover Cloud's office requesting a refund which has not been actioned.?? Ho

I didn't like the fact that with pay monthly if you claim within your first year you have to pay the full policy amount left plus excess before you can claim that to me seems a bit infair

Thank you for getting in touch. You have made a point which has also been raised by some of our other policy holders. We recently made the decision that policy holders who have purchased a policy on a monthly payment basis will no longer be required to pay the remaining premium when making claims. We will be formally announcing the change over the coming days but in the meantime new customers are very welcome to purchase a monthly policy with confidence that should you wish to claim you will not be required to pay the entire premium before the claim is processed.
