Thank you for your feedback. As stated in the returns policy we are unfortunately unable to offer free returns to our international customers. Delivery to Australia takes between 10-20 days and we would expect a returned parcel to take approximately the same which fits inside the 28 day return window. However we do understand that delays after posting can occur and we will look at any issues on an individual basis. Kind regards Dents Customer Service
