They have left instructions as to how you can make further arrangements to obtain your parcel. As stated on the website parcels to Australia can unfortunately take up to four weeks due to the current Covid restrictions and delays within the Australian postal service. The tracking for you parcel shows that your parcel was delivered just inside the delivery window. If you still have not received the parcel please contact the sales office directly. As it states on the website parcels shipped using our free standard service to Australia are currently taking up to four weeks to arrive due to delays in the Australian postal system. Thank you for your feedback. All the leather we purchase is manufactured to agreed International Standards for colour fastness. However, all leather will still contain a small but acceptable level of loose colour. Some people are more susceptible than others to this loose colour and have a reaction.Dampness or perspiration can make the problem more pronounced. The colour will diminish with repeated wear but you may like to try the following procedure: 1- Turn the gloves inside out 2- Brush the inside of the gloves with a soft brush 3- This should remove any unattached leather fibres and some of the loose colour. 4- Turn the gloves back to the original presentation.
