We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Thank you for your feedback, it is highly appreciated. I regret that you have experienced a problem with colour transfer from a pair of Dents leather gloves. All the leather we purchase is manufactured to agreed International Standards for Colour Fastness. However all leather will still contain a small but acceptable level of loose colour. Some people are more susceptible than others to this loose colour and have a reaction similar to one you have found. Dampness or perspiration can make the problem more pronounced. The colour will diminish with repeated wear but you may like to try the following procedure:•Turn the gloves inside out •Brush the inside of the gloves with a soft brush.•This should remove any unattached leather fibres and some of the loose colour.•Turn the gloves back to the original presentation.If you wish , you can return the gloves to us for an inspection ?
