Thank you for allowing our member florist to address the problem for you. Here is their reply. "We apologies for the unhappiness with the bunch send and we shall re-do the bunch and have it delivered tomorrow. All I can say is that we did have a problem with our computer and could not open any pictures and it did not open the picture on the order that we received from you. We have sorted out the problem and will send what was requested. I do hope that this meets with your approval. Many Thanks" Special Occasions Florist
