I am truly sorry to hear your order did not arrive on time. We were unfortunately limited on stock of the AB14 as Dyson have discontinued the model. A customer had placed a larger than normal order on the afternoon of the 17th of July before you which left us short on stock. We did not prioritise the larger order over yours. Normally Dyson is quick to replenish but on this occasion, stock was more scarce and slower to arrive to fulfill your order. I can see your delivery has been upgraded and the unit has been delivered. We would like make up for this mishap, I have left a voicemail and dropped you an email. Once again, we do sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
