I'm very sorry to read your review. I've looked into your case and I found the unit was out of stock on the day of purchase, it was shipped on the 13th of April. The unit weighs up to 32kg and you requested DPD to deliver however they do not take parcels at this weight. DHL was the only courier available who would take the unit without the use of a pallet. When offered to change to an alternative courier, you declined due to the need of a pallet service. While it was being shipped, DHL failed to deliver on the 14th of April due to the driver being unable to find the address (we also struggled locating it using google maps). We tried our best to resolve the issue by gathering more details from you regarding the address with even a member of the team assisting you out of hours over the weekend. The courier unfortunately let us down on Monday and rescheduled the delivery for the 18th of April. I do sincerely apologies for mess up on this order, we have taken your feedback on board and we will work so this doesn't occur again.
