Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

I have checked in to your booking (which was over a year and a half ago) and can see that you had some correspondence with us about the mix up with single accommodation for which a refund was made. Many thanks for your feedback. Sorry to hear that you had issues with visas. We do try to offer as much assistance as possible with visas but of course we don't control the rules and prices that individual countries impose, which vary by nationality, and continually change. I have checked on your booking details and see that you were sent emails regarding LOI's but perhaps they were missed. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to look in to this more and we will look at how we can improve on giving advice about the number of days before and after trips, which again does vary by nationality of the passport holder. Hi The email wasn't missed - it just came after we had already made arrangements through another agency to obtain Russian LOIs. The email from you detailing how to obtain a LOI was sent on 25th May for a trip departing 6 weeks later. We had to obtain visas for 3 different countries and had to present in person for the Russian visa and then wait a week before collecting it. In my opinion leaving this until 6 weeks before departure was cutting it a bit fine, especially as we had no indication from you prior to this that you would be sending this out or when. I'm aware that rules change, but my comments were made in light of the different experience of our fellow travellers who booked direct with Intrepid. There was definitely a missing link here which incurred further unnecessary expense in my opinion.
