Hello, thank you for your feedback. Customer service is something that we pride ourselves in and take very seriously, so I'm very sorry that you felt our service was slow. I noticed that you booked your trip in January and January and February are our busiest months for bookings and enquiries and as we are a small company, it does take us longer to get back to people than usual.
