I have used Lowery's before and was not disappointed by their service, but think they need to check more closely their rental properties.

House was clean. Considering the lengthy list of requirements of how the house should be kept, most of which were reasonable, the house should come equipped with basic necessities, such as paper towel

Ghetto properties and horrible customer service. They do not handle customer issues or ensure their properties are clean or in good condition.
