We are sorry to hear that the vacation home in which you was staying had some small bugs. All of our homes are regularly treated by a Pest Control Specialist, it is an essential procedure for homes in this type of environment. It was most unfortunate that you was affected, however, on the day that you reported this to us we immediately made arrangements for Pest Control to come to the home to deal with the matter. The batteries in smoke detectors need replacing at different times, again it was unfortunate that we replaced one and then another needed changing. We are not aware of any features listed on our website that are not available in the home, as you have not detailed what these are then we are unable to offer an explanation at this time. We do hope that you had an enjoyable time in Orlando and we would welcome the chance to assist you with your accommodation needs should you return in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to review our vacation home, we were pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay and that you found the home spacious. Both ourselves and the home owner are aware of the missing soffitt, this damage was sustained in a recent storm. The home owner is currently liaising with their insurance provider to make arrangements for this to be repaired, we apologise that this was not done prior to your stay. We have advised our Maintenance Team of the issue with the fence in the pool area and they will be dealing with this. Please be assured that had you of reported this matter during your stay then we would have rectified it immediately. We are sorry to hear that you wasn't completely satisfied with our vacation home. A member of our Reservations Team did try to call you to make sure that everything was in order but unfortunately there was no response and so an email was sent to you instead. Had we of been notified of these issues we would have acted accordingly to resolve them. Certainly our Maintenance Team could have stabilised the pool table for you. Our website does clearly state that there are three televisions in the house, the home owner has chosen not to put televisions in every bedroom. We will pass on your suggestion for some type of window dressing in the living room as this has never been raised before by previous guests.
