Thank you for your for your review about the service you received. I am sorry that the labelling issue occurred with the product you ordered causing it to to dispatched 5 working days later than it would now when in stock.
I am also sorry if we did not make it clear enough on the product page that the product was out of stock at the time of purchase, we will review this process so that we can improve should something like this happen in the future (we try our hardest for products never to go out of stock).
