We would like to apologize for your recent experience and sorry to hear you were less than satisfied with the delivery service. We do apologise for this inconvenience and difficulty you experienced, and we completely understand your disappointment. Unfortunately, sometimes delays do tend to happen with Royal Mail, especially during busy times orders can take a bit longer. Also, in regards to the tracking not working, that is due to Royal mail not always scanning each item at every location, this tends to happen sometimes with Royal mail and we understand that it can be frustrating. We hope you do not judge Muscle Rage from your experience with Royal Mail delivery services and hope we can make it up to you in the future.
