Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Thank you for your 5 star review for Mylights. For future reference, when buying LED downlights, the part number for the product will normally give you a clue as to the colour temperature i.e EN-DE6PRO/40 that you bought, the 40 stands for 4000K which is cool white. The 'CW' in the title for the E6 downlight on the Mylights website stands for Cool White and also on all descriptions for the LED downlights we sell, we always state what the colour temperature is. If you can't find the information you need on any of the products we sell at Mylights, please call us and we will gladly help you.
