Hi Mrs Davies,

I believe my colleague tried to call you on your mobile and house phone with no answer and so sent an email after we received your order on Thursday. We have some stock of the lamp but not enough to fulfill your order and after the stock we have, the lamp is discontinued. We have tried to contact you to see how you wish to proceed. If you could get back in touch we will be able to send your order.
