very good service but lost 2 * because the packaging was wet and severely damaged and the light fittings in it are not going in for another 5 days so not sure if they are damaged as well.

Hi Clive,

I believe you have spoken to my colleague. We have been in touch with the couriers we use to raise our concern over your delivery and I apologise for your parcel being received in a damaged state. I can assure you it did not leave our warehouse damaged!

Since my previous review I have received excellent service from a very nice young man (whose name I have forgotten & I apologise for) and Katy who has taken the time to reply and assure me that although the courier company are remiss mylights.co.uk will resolve any problems I have with my delivery. I will definately be using my lights again John Banstead

Hi Rob,

I'm sorry your experience with us hasn't been satisfactory. 

We weren't notified by the manufacturer that the product had been discontinued and after my colleague spoke to the manufacturer and discovered this he tried to offer you alternatives, which you chose not to use. The product was immediately removed from the website.

We do occasionally run out of stock on popular items but the stock comes in the next working day, although I believe this was too late for your requirements. 

I apologise that both items you wanted weren't readily available. We do make every effort to provide a next day service where possible.
