We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Good afternoon Thank you for taking the time to let us have your feedback for our site at Gupton. I'm glad the welcome was so good but sorry that you felt unable to stay. I've spoken to the site manager about the issues you raised. He tells me they were unaware of the broken tap before your stay but once it was reported it was fixed within a few hours and meanwhile other taps were available. He said that the borehole water is UV treated, filtered, tested regularly and fine to drink. It can look pink due to the sandstone from which it comes but that is apparently harmless. Obviously we're not responsible for the horse flies or weather conditions that preceded your stay, but I appreciate these made the site unappealing to you. Kind regards National Trust Holidays
