We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Good morning Thank you for your feedback for our site at Low Wray. I'm sorry your stay was affected by a school group. I've passed your comments on to the site staff for their attention. For future reference, the area of the site you were in often has groups in outside of school holidays. To avoid it please book the woodland or request to stay in Vics Meadow, where there are rarely any groups. Kind regards National Trust Holidays

Good evening Thank you for your review. We don't advertise the cottage as having WiFi. It's remote location is challenging for BT to provide a reliable service. We hope that as and when fibre arrives, this may improve the possibility of getting WiFi. We're sorry to read about the cleaning materials and have fed this back to the local team. The cottage was immaculatly clean on arrival and very welcoming wonderfully located. We have stayed at cothele for over tweny years traditionaly at Saw Mill cottage which is sadly no longer avaliable
