After receiving your order on Tuesday 3rd August, it was despatched by Royal Mail Tracked on Wednesday 4th August. The tracking information (https://www.poste.it/cerca/index.html#/risultati-spedizioni/RF029613733GB) is currently showing that the shipment is being processed by customs, unfortunately there is no timeframe on how quickly this will be completed and there are still delays due to Brexit and COVID-19, however I hope that the shipment will be released soon. The postal services will class the item as lost once 20 working days after the due delivery date has passed, therefore if you have still not received your order by 7th September, please let me know and I will issue a refund.
