Sent the wrong product, which caused a delay to the job. Followed up their mistake quicky and had the correct product to me three days later. Still to collect the product sent by mistake.

The bag of plastic plugs you provide in the Newton 800 pack are poor quality. I am now having to order another bag as I broke so many trying to hammer them into the wall.

Hi Jonathan, thank you for your feedback. I do apologise for the issue you have experienced. Typically, the plugs in this pack are suitable for installation into brick walls, however, for walls made out of a tougher material such as concrete or stone, a stronger option may be necessary.
