Hi Joao, I have looked into your order and found that we have sent an invoice to customs on your behalf, we have also included on the package a customs declaration form which indicates what is within the parcel, the cost and customs paid. Furthermore we have resent your receipt to your email address used when purchasing from us and feel that there is nothing more we can do if this isn't enough.
