I'm sorry to hear that the pool took a little while to heat up, we will mention this to the owner so that this issue is avoided for future guests.  We will also pass on your suggestion for another patio heater to be added.

Hello Robert, thank you for your feedback.  We have passed your comments to the property owner who is very disappointed that the villa was not 100% up to standard.  He has ensured us that he will be visiting the property himself and also discussing these issues with his property manager.  We have rented this property out for many years without any negative feedback and it is a real shame that the standards were not as expected for your stay.  He has ensured us that any problems will be rectified as soon as possible.  We hope this will not deter you from booking with us again in the future.
