Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Thank you for your feedback. we are delighted to hear you loved the villa and its gardens and found the facilities to be to your liking. Having a pool in the garden can sometimes mean dirt can get into the pool as people get in and out. The pool filtration system is built to deal with this and clean the pool out. A pool technician also attends during your stay to clean the pool. Some people do quite like having the grass there rather than tiles, we will mention this to the owner though. The property representative is looking into the sun loungers and more will be bought to rectify any issues. We look forward to being of assistance in the future.
