In relation to the comments on our service, we do in fact accept credit cards and always have done (Visa, Mastercard and AMEX), so we're sorry you were not aware of this.
We can appreciate that not having the required information may have been frustrating for you. Owners choose how they pass this to customers, which is why this can vary between individual properties. We will speak to this particular owner about this and suggest that he uploads the information to our Holiday Information Form to make things easier for future guests. We do expect owners to pass this to guests at least a few weeks prior to arrival at the villa.
Lastly, the reason you only have the property representatives number for this property is that Rafael's English is not great and he prefers his property manager to deal with customers, which is why you have his number instead. Again, we will suggest he adds his number as an emergency contact for instances such as this.
