Response from villa owner: We as owners of the Villa SP277 are very sorry to hear about your bad experience in our house. We have a lot of guests from various countries renting our house and they are all excited about the house and their stays! We as a family stay in the villa 10-12 weeks a year and we treat the house like our second home. Since we are Swedes, and as you may know, our living standard in general is quit high compare to other countries in Europe. When it comes to your complaints I’m really sorry about the check in time, it was a mis-communication with the cleaning team who thought the check in time was 5 pm. When it comes to the water heater the broke down, it was replaced as soon as it was possible, the reason why the old one was left, was of the fact that the water needs to flow out before it could be taken away, which was done the day after, once again, sorry for that inconvenience but water heater are breaking like every 10th year. When it comes to the toilet seats and the outdoor sofa they are all cleaned and fresh, the toilet seats are, I agree, a little bit old and we have now replace all of them. The sofa is 2 years old but it stays outside all year and the strong sun affects the look of the cushion, but it’s clean and fully useable. Once again, we are very sorry for your bad experience but we can guarantee you that we as owners together with the team taking care of the house, are doing our best to keep the Villa in the best possible shape, we are here as we speak and we love our house and enjoying our stay, it’s a Villa and a second home that we are very proud of!
