Many thanks for your feedback. We thought long and hard about whether to reply to your “expensive” comment. We have looked back through the last year and consider we provided real value for money. We invoiced in line with our fee quote. Your organisation went through significant change. You moved from Sage to Xero (accounting software) and you went through 2 changes of internal Accountant. Throughout we provided a great deal of support, much of it unpaid.
