The cruise ship and staff were amazing but we felt that the evening entertainment let us down

Too crowded, sunbeds packed in like sardines. Entertainment not as good as expected. Service was first class though.

We can only compare with a cruise on Ventura. Ventura was better on food, entertainment and on screen info like our account details. Why does Brittania not have the same system as Ventura?
