The product is a very highly complex piece of chemistry born out of research in plastic surgery by a leading Scottish maxilo-facial surgeon. It is highly combustible in production and great care has to be taken in the manufacturing process. I can assure you that this kind of product does not some cheaply to us, hence the cost.
