We're sorry to hear this but the product can settle out, which doesn't negate its efficacy but does look odd. Its definitely not 'dirt' as our product are made in laboratory conditions and bottled entirely under our control. 
As the customer was in the middle of a job cleaning a pushchair we advised an immediate solution so the job could be completed and awaited further instructions, which did not come. Would happily supply new trigger, which is usually totally reliable.
