Hallo, het spijt ons te horen dat u uw terugbetaling niet heeft ontvangen. Er was vertraging bij het retourneren van bestellingen uit het buitenland, waardoor terugbetalingen later dan normaal werden verwerkt. Ik heb je nu terugbetaald voor maat M, maar laat het me weten als ik je nog ergens mee kan helpen
