We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Pjyamas I ordered are very low quality, made of cheap fabric that creases instantaneaously. The finish is not very good and there are frayed ends. Not the luxury item that I was expecting.

They are made from a viscose rayon blend, an eco-conscious fabric that is more expensive than less environmentally friendly fabrics such as polyester. We have chosen to join the many retailers that are now charging for returns in a bid to try and inform shoppers on the negative impact of returns to the environment and to small businesses in particular.
