Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the dresses arrived creased. As we package our dresses in boxes they can get creased in transit. We do our best to offer as much guidance as possible on how to remove creases on the website to make them look perfect for the wedding, but understand if this felt a little time consuming. With regards to the stain and pull, this certainly should not have happened so we will be in touch separately to resolve this as quickly as possible
