I was able to access what I needed on a different computer. However, it still was slow.
It was easy to do. The website was easy to navigate, everything worked the way it was supposed to work, and I was able to complete my registration in a short amount of time.

I don't think I need a "walkthrough". I would expect your website to be user friendly and work as well as other websites. I have been on several Road Scholar trips and the difficulty with your website was a topic that came up often among my fellow travelers.
